Returns and Repairs:

We hope you are happy with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to resolve your issue.  Refunds and exchanges are not generally given since our pieces are one of a kind handcrafted designs and not mass produced. 

Ordering/Shipping:

Orders are accepted through our secure website, through our Etsy store or by phone. You will receive an order confirmation number and total at the conclusion of your order process. All orders are processed within the next 2-3 business days pending credit card authorization and verification. You may choose First Class US Mail/First Class International or Priority Shipping during checkout.  If you want a faster method such as overnight or 2nd day air, please contact us.  Additional shipping charges will apply based on form of shipment chosen. Missouri residents will be charged an additional 6.225% for Missouri Sales Tax.

Payment:

Visa, Mastercard and Checking/Savings account payments are all accepted through our secure Paypal checkout.  Please note that eCheck payments through Paypal can take up to one week to process and may delay shipping of your purchase.

Privacy Policy:

All information submitted to us via The Key of A website is kept strictly confidential. None of this information is ever sold or shared with anyone else.

If you’ve joined our mailing list, we may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and new product updates. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply “reply” to the email and write “remove” in the subject line.
